Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened Diaper Pails & Refills
  • Used Changing Pads & Sheets
  • Opened Cleaning Products
  • Any First Aid items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided with your RMA clearly marked on the package.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
